These Terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from Aurelle. By using the store or placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

1. Who we are

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your state to buy from this store, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. You may not use our products for any illegal purpose.

3. Products and descriptions

We describe our products and photograph them as accurately as we can. Screens vary, so colours may look slightly different in person. Measurements on product pages are approximate, and small variations are normal in plated and handmade jewelry. The material of each piece is listed on its product page.

Product availability can change without notice. We may limit quantities, discontinue a product, or refuse an order.

4. Prices

All prices are shown in United States dollars and are the actual price you pay for the item. We do not display reference or strikethrough prices that an item has not genuinely sold at. If we run a promotion, the terms of that promotion are stated plainly where it is offered.

Prices can change at any time before you place an order. The price that applies to your order is the one shown at checkout when you complete it.

5. Billing and payment

Payment is taken in full at the time you place your order. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or membership fees on this store, and no handling or processing surcharges. Applicable state and local sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping within the United States is free, so there is no delivery charge to add.

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a dispatch confirmation. You agree to give current, complete, and accurate purchase information. We may refuse or cancel an order, including where we suspect fraud or an unauthorised transaction, and we will refund you in full if we do.

6. Errors

Occasionally information on the store may contain a typographical error or inaccuracy, including in price, description, or availability. We may correct any error and cancel an order placed on incorrect information, refunding you in full.

7. Promotions

Promotional offers apply as described at the time of purchase and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Our Buy 3, Get 1 Free offer applies automatically at checkout when four qualifying items are in the cart, discounts the lowest priced of those items in full, and applies once per order. No code is required.

8. Shipping and returns

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms. In short: free shipping within the United States, dispatch within seven business days, and 30 days to request a return.

9. Suitability and care

Jewelry is a personal item. If you have a known metal allergy or sensitivity, check the materials listed on the product page before ordering. Body jewelry should be fitted and cared for on the advice of a qualified piercer. Nothing on this store is medical advice.

10. Your account

If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think it has been used without your permission.

11. Acceptable use

You may not use the store to break the law, infringe intellectual property, harass or abuse others, submit false information, upload malicious code, scrape or harvest data, or interfere with the security of the site.

12. Intellectual property

The content on this store, including text, photographs, graphics, and the Aurelle name, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may not reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.

13. Content you submit

If you send us reviews, photographs, or other content, you grant us a non exclusive, royalty free licence to use and publish it in connection with the store. You confirm the content is yours to share and is not unlawful. We may remove content at our discretion and are under no obligation to keep it confidential.

14. Third party links

The store may link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and you visit them at your own risk.

15. Disclaimer of warranties

The store and our products are provided on an as is and as available basis, except where a warranty is required by law and cannot be excluded. We do not warrant that the store will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or free of errors.

16. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aurelle is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the store or from any product bought through it. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, in which case they apply only to the extent permitted.

17. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aurelle and its officers, employees, and suppliers from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

18. Severability and waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision is severed and the rest continue in force. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it.

19. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

20. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continuing to use the store after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
