Moissanite is a laboratory grown silicon carbide stone. It is not a diamond and we do not sell it as one. Colour and clarity grades quoted here use the moissanite grading convention and are as stated by our supplier. • Handling time: 1 to 7 business days. This is how long we take to prepare your order and hand it to the carrier. Most orders leave sooner. Personalized pieces such as name necklaces and engraved rings are made after you order and take the longer end of this window.
• Transit time: 5 to 8 business days once your parcel has been dispatched.
• Total estimated delivery: 6 to 15 business days from the day you order, handling and transit combined. That is roughly one and a half to three weeks.
• Every order ships from within the United States. Shipping is free on every United States order, with no minimum.
• We ship within the United States only. Alaska, Hawaii and APO, FPO and DPO military addresses take longer than the ranges above.
• Business days are Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2pm Pacific, or on a weekend or holiday, begin handling the next business day.
• Tracking is emailed at dispatch and can take 48 hours to update. Orders with several items may arrive in more than one parcel, at no extra charge.
• These are good faith estimates, not guarantees. If we cannot ship within the estimate we will email you and offer the choice of waiting or cancelling for a full refund.

• You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
• Items must be unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging, with your order number or proof of purchase.
• Personalized and engraved pieces, body jewelry, pierced earrings removed from their sealed backing card, gift cards and final sale items cannot be returned, unless they arrive faulty, damaged or incorrect.
• Email us before sending anything back. We work with several fulfilment partners, so the correct return address may differ from the one printed on your parcel.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer, except where the item arrived faulty, damaged or was not what you ordered. We do not charge a restocking fee.
• Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days of the item arriving, or of approval where we have not asked for it back.
• Contact us within 12 hours of ordering to cancel for a full refund.
